Take it to a Daewoo Service Centre, and they can get parts and you don't really want to be messing inside a Microwave.. In normal circumstances, with a cheap make like Daewoo, you just replace them, but get a quote.
Help and videos in the link, if you choose to take the risk.

How to quick fix you microwave touch panel. This worked for me and saved me $150 for replacement part ...
The part they are replacing is really not that expensive. Where the money comes in is the labor. Most of that cost is just to get them to show up. If you can remove it yourself (with help of course) you can take it in to be repaired. Of you could wait to find one on sale with the upcoming Christmas season and hopefully you can find a deal with free installation. The glass of the touchscreen should not have cracked. It would have taken quite a bit of pressure to crack the glass. Sorry for the bad news.
Hi and welcome to FixYa. I am Kelly.
This is a keypad problem. Most keypads can be replaced. Some are all in one control panel and keypad units. Without a model number I can not provide you with a source for a keypad / outer panel. I note you said "touchsreen" so it makes me wonder what Appliance we are discussing. Make and model number please and I will see how I can help with replacement parts or keypad testing steps.
Thanks,
Kelly
If you go for the replacement option, the LCD screen assembly (part # 8204689) runs over $200, and the control unit assembly (part # 8205408) runs about the same.
