Question about Jenn-Air JCB2280HES Side by Side Refrigerator
Noticed freezer wasn't keeping ice cream solid. Checked temp and discovered both freezer and fridge were warm. Milk spoiled overnight. Freezer had alot of frost so unloaded the unit and let it thaw out. Restarted and temps seemed fine then it did the same thing all over. Repeated again and the same thing.
Checked the seals doubled checked level. This refigerator is 2 months old. WTF?
I see no defrost water catch in the manual. The frost in the freezer is indicative of a bad seal or the door not closing all the way.

Sounds like to me you have a defrost issue. If your fridge is only 2 months old don't sweat it and call out a Whirlpool warrenty certified tech. to fix the problem. And sorry to say age does not matter with fridges any more. The good ole days of fridges lasting 20 years is over now it's 12 years if your lucky.
