the best way to share it is to copy and paste the link. once your on the video you want to share,highlight the address ( up top www.etc ) then paste the link in your "whats on your mind" box

on most phones you can try this...open the photo you want on facebook then press and hold your finger on that photo,you should get a menu pop up that will give you the option to "share" click on share and pick facebook ( you have to be signed into facebook on your phone ) ..if that dose not work open the photo and click on the menu button on your phone ( pick share )

Maybe try looking for the share button, often times there is a share button and then it will let post it after you hit share it will either say share or post.
