I get a message that says I have a door open I can not find it. It will copy without a problem but will not print a docmunt.

Please try below steps :

Steps to reset the Print Spooler.
Before you perform below steps, please disconnect the Printer from Computer and turn off and perform the steps and once done with steps then reconnect and restart the Printer....
1. Click Start, select Run.
2. This will open new windows. now please type as services.msc
3. again it opens a new windows, now please locate to the file that says like Print Spooler.
4. Right click on the file and select the option " Restart".
5. Now you might get a confirmation stating that Print Spoole is restarted...
6. Now please restart the Computer and then Connect the Printerer and then Power On printer and check the issue.
I hope that this will resolve the and Printer will start Printing...
If the issue still persists then please contact technical Support of Printer as error message also occur if there is an issue with Printer Software or if there is any issue with Printer Carriage assembly.

Open "Devices and Printers" in start menu.
Right click printer with green arrow - click see whats printing.
Delete all documents.
Restart computer - then restart printer
See if that clears your error messages.
Check if there is a reset, or clear message function. or you may try this one:
1. With the printer turned on, if there is a door for the cartridge, open it. 2. Then, if there is a "Go" button, "Print", "Copy" button, press and hold it for 10 sec. 3. Close the cartridge door or cover. Turn it off then turn it on again.

If the error message is Error. Remove and Check Black or Photo Cartridge , the following steps may help:
Remove both cartridges, lower the latches, and close the printer access door.
Turn off the unit by pressing the On button on the front panel. Wait for the printer to completely shut down.
Turn the printer back on by pressing the On button.
When the message display reads Insert Print Cartridges , open the access door and replace the cartridges.

many printer cartage /tray/cover/ and paper are connected with sencer.while one of them are not connect .printer show this message.so you should open all out of cover of printer. then blo w air by air blower, then it can be work. in practic we do this, in our workshope. thanks
