My sansa froze up and wouldnt turn off or on and i had to wait for the battery to die and wen i turned it back on it was the same thing i took it in and they replaced it but that was 2weeks ago and now its not working at all...wont turn on nothing...i worked just fine i turned it off plugged it into my comp for an hr wen to turn it on and now its dead....

im begininn to think these are a waste of money and time...

no you dont really!.

u just need to attach it to the computer and upload your mp3 files like u would a flashdrive. You do need to have software to convert CDS to mp3's but more thank likely you already download mp3s and have many of them. f you need help to convert the CDS to mp3's go here

they have free software to do it for you. download, install follow instructions in the help to use.

Hey. Try this. Go into the settings and under USB settings, choose the MTP mode. Connect it to your computer and open My Computer. Locate it and right click it. There should be a choice to format it there. Hope this helps you.

Philips players are not compatible with i-Tunes.

Most Philips players use Windows Media Player to transfer music. You will also need to install the software on the CD which comes with the player.

If you need any more help, I will need to know exactly which model you have.

It should be SAxxxx or HDDxxxx

2 things you can try

1 log onto driver updates it will scan your pc and point you in a direction to the particular driver you need

2 download Media Monkey that might help comes with its own inhouse drivers which might be compatible to yours or as a bonus a 3rd option might just might help connect your mp3 then download Registry mechanic that might install a driver thread but only might do,

Need help

I erase them by plugging the player into my computer, then click on "My Computer". One of the drives should be the Opal. Double click to open this "drive" and then click and cut the songs you don't want. Hope that helps! :) AT

I need help!! I dont know how to download music and put on my mp3 player!! Can any one help me?

hi, all you need to do, is plug the mp3 player into the computer, after like 30secs go into my computer you will see theres a new drive appeared probably somthing like E: F: . double click on it, and all u need to do is copy your MP3 files into this drive and then unplug and enjoy :-) thats if you are running windows XP, just let me know if you need instructions for any other operating system. all the best John
