Question about Computers & Internet
I bought this mouse the other day and i just cannot make it work. it seems as if the usb receiver is not 'seeing' the mouse at all - nor is the computer. There was no driver software with it - should there be? And what do I need to do to make it work?
Hello, With the computer off plug in the mouse. I'm assuming it is wired, not wireless. Boot the computer. It should recognize new hardware and work, if not go to control panel and click on add new hardware and follow the instructions. Mouse could possibly be bad. Hope this helps. Thanks

Try checking if the batteries are working.
Maybe the guy gave you the wrong reciever.
Try first trouble shot the mouse, put in new batteries (because if the batteries are low it wont connect). If the mouse lights up, then its fine.
Now try the reciever on another computer. If the reciever doesnt work, then most likely that the reciever is faulty
Hope this helps

Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the
USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When
the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB
port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

Ths problem occurs because of usb drvier conflict issue with your usb wireless dongle driver. For that go to device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it will automatic install all driver. Then go to control panel->add remove program and features then uninstall your wireleless keyboard and mouse driver then reinstall. Then restart and check. Also try different usb ports of computer for connecting the usb wireless dongle of keyboard. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
