Question about D-Link DI 514 Wireless Router (DI-514)
When i open my web brouser and type in http://192.168.0.1 the log into router window comes up and i put admin in the box for user name and leave the password box blank and click log in the admin disappears from the log in box and nothing else happens. i am exactly where i was before i clicked log in. cannot get to next step. please help!

Hello, Put "admin" in for ID and Password both. Some routers require both. Hope this helps.

1.Launch your Web browser and then type 192.168.1.1 in the address field. Click "Enter."
2.Click "Basic Settings." Input the configuration information given to you from your ISP in this screen. The settings not given by your ISP can likely be left at their default value. Click "Apply" before navigating away from this screen.
3.Click "Wireless Settings" in the menu on the left side of the screen. Enter or select the appropriate settings in the Wireless Settings dialog. Select the appropriate Security Options, then generate the security key. Click "Apply" before navigating away from the Wireless Settings dialog.
4.Reboot the router for the changes to take effect.
