Hello my friend, try this.



Check the printer queue and delete the file(s) with the
error. Wait until it show that it was cleared. Turn off the printer and remove the network cable. Turn on the printer to see if the error is removed. If so, turn the printer off and reconnect the cable and turn back on. Reprint the file that had the error. If you get the error again, the file is corrupted or there is something about the file that the printer does not understand.

If the error is not removed after the above procedure, there could be a hardware issue. Remove the JD card and any hard disk and power back on to see if you still get the error. If so, and with both the JD and HD removed, do a cold reset.

error 0094h = 2nd image transfer pressure/retraction failure
basically it means that either a sensor or cable is not fitted supposedly and reseating could possibly solve the issue.

The error code is saying you have a fuser fault
Try resetting the machine

get into service mode

then COPIER
then FUNCTION
then CLEAR
then ERROR
then OK at the bottom right hand corner
if you dont know how to get into service mode
