I am sorry to bother you, but I saw you are a community manager and I thought you may help me . I have sent the following mail to experts@fixya.com this morning (yesterday night in US)
To date I have not received any answer, not even thanks for your mail. I wonder if I used right email for this kind of problem or not. Do ou know any alternative address where I can write and get answered.

It is pheraps because he replied to go to Canon centre whithout telling the user he need a dv cable?In this case I will answer all people in trouble with canon stuff to go to canon centre and so on....piece of cake! here is another unassigned question from feb. 16: http://www.fixya.com/support/t398649-x6100_series_printer I would like to know reasons for not assigning this one as well. The next one was not a great solution ( I work with pc monitors of any kind, plasma, lcd, crt, no rear projection devices), but the other expert, which posted after me did not make any better.
