Electrolux EFC 90680x c/hood,bottom lights come on by themselves.

Do they go out when switch is off?

The hood is unlikely to be fused, (never seen one that was) the only circuit protection is the house circuit breaker

Based off the information you have provided you need help replacing the charcoal filter inside of your Electrolux range hood. From what you have described your Electrolux hood is working properly but the lights are not coming on. I understand that you heard a bang when the old ones went out it could be possible that your receptacle is bad or wire has shorted. I would suggest having a technician out to properly diagnosis your hood. They have the appropriate tools and knowledge needed to pinpoint the reason your lights are not working properly. You probably need a new light bulb you can go to home depot I don't know if they have it there where you live but I am pretty sure they have light bulbs for your grill thank you for your time :)

Hello - I have a cooker hood Belling 600CGH model 1Q2HP (444448742) and believe i need a new transformer for the halogen lights - can you advise which transformer I need?

It sounds like you are setting a cooking time instead of setting the time of day. The oven wont work until a time of day is set. press the centre button (4x)until a red light flashes in the bottom right corner of the clock if you miss it keep pressing until you cycle through to the rh corner(note clock symbal) press + or - until you get to the right time leave for 12 secs then time locks in and your oven will work. the other flashing lites top left= cooking time bottom left =end time top right =timer function with no oven control. If this does not solve it the timer is faulty and requires replacing. good luck.

i have an electrolux model ekt 6045 it does not stay on it comes on for 1sec then goes off wot would be the cours of this please the oven stays on but the hob doesent thank you.
