Hey, sansa problem with media player 10

Hey,

Need help quickly please!

My sansa's problem is that well, I formatted my sansa just to test it, but now it doesn't work. I can download to my sansa photos and videos but not music, well some music, and it's very ackward. Trying to download music and for some songs it says "Unknown error" but then I try again and the it syncs to my sansa but when its played it says "bad track"

So, I tried with my mom to see if it was with the songs where the issues was. But no, every music works perefectly and it is synced. Now, I know the problem is with my sansa but don't knnow why!

And yes! I have some files that after I formatted it wont delete, don't know why. And another thing! When I connect my sansa and open the windows media player 10 it shows me that i still have all my erased music! why?

Like you have noticed it seems like I have some long issues to resolve with my sansa! Please help me!

Try formatting the player again.
When you open windows media player it is probably showing the songs that you have on your computer not the songs currently on your sansa.

I want to put a movie on dvd onto my sansa mp3 player, and i'm using the pocketdvd wizard. What file ending should i use before i run it through the sansa media converter?

Hey!
As far as I know, sansa mp3 player supports playing video in the following formats: AVI、WMV、MOV、MP4、MKV、OGM、DV. Therefore, you can convert your movies into any video format above. There are a lot of such kind of converters, such as Wondershare Video Converter.
Hope that helps.

I need help

Hey. Try this. Go into the settings and under USB settings, choose the MTP mode. Connect it to your computer and open My Computer. Locate it and right click it. There should be a choice to format it there. Hope this helps you.

Windows Media Player won;t sync music!

Turn off the automatic sync option - change it to manual sync, and then you should be good to go. Change to manual sync first, and then reformat.

Hey please help

You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer1.gif..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music1.gif and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in windows media1.gif player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.

If you still not able to delete it let me know so I can have you try something else...
P.S.Please rate accordingly...

Folder not available

Go ahead and do this, in case the DB is corrupted:
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx
