When I turn the laptop "ON", I can hear the fan, the Cd- rom light blinks.
but i see no hard drive light blinkin or nothing coming on screen. Totally blank.................. SO when i take the battery off then few times/ try restarting over AND over........ then finally maybe after 10-15 tries of pushing the power button ON & off. Finally I see the screen.
almost tried everything.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi,
This could be a Power/Switch Problem.
Faulty Hard-Drive.
Solution:- Leave the laptop turned Of And charge the battery to Full Capacity. ( usually between 4-16 Hours ) depending on capacity.
This will also fully charge the CMOS ( memory battery )
then boot the laptop up, and see if this solves your problem.
If not i,d suggest running a scandisk or hard-drive diagnostic program, to ensure that you have no Viruses-bad sectors on the hard-drive.

But it does POWER ON, but not fully......
as the fan comes on, i see the CD-ROM light flashing... Power light on............ but I see nothing coming on screen also , the hard drive light not flashing... as it does, when computer bootin.
but then when i keep turing it off/on by pushing the power button..... once in a while the screen does start.
I think it has something to do with RAM or Hard-drive.
