Adobe flash player 10 says I need to intall it but I've already installed it

most recent samung phone with android software,they all have adobe flash player already installed.
i have seen adobe in samsung galaxy s 4g had adobe player.

Adobe flash player 10 is not aprogram you can access in the usual way. It is more of a 'plug-in' an accessed by other programs when required. If you go to the add/remove programs in control panel, it should be listed there.

Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue is due to the Adobe Flash Player.
All the Games on Facebook require Adobe Flash player.
Hence, it would be better to install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
Before installing the latest version, it is required to un-install the version which is already installed in the Computer.
