I WOULD PULL THE BATTERY OUT FOR A COULPLE OF MINUTES AFTER YOU POWER IT DOWN THE REINSTALL THE BATTERY AND POWER IT UP.IF THIS DOESN'T WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. ASK FOR THE TECH SUPPORT TO CYCLE YOU THROUGH THE PROBLEM .
