The internet said that they can not bring up your web page.

Internet Explore Cannot Display the Webpage
As you browse the Web with Internet Explorer, you may occasionally encounter an error message about the browser being unable to display the requested Web page.
If your browser is unable to display a page, the issue lies somewhere along the path from your computer to the remote website. In some cases, you can resolve the issue by troubleshooting your computer or Internet connection. Internet Connection Issue
If Internet Explorer is unable to display any pages at all, see if you are able to browse the Web on another computer.
If none of the computers in your home can browse, the problem is related to your Internet connection.
In some cases, you can resolve an Internet connection issue by unplugging the power connections for your broadband modem and router temporarily.
If you are still unable to browse, contact your Internet service provider for further assistance.

Malicious Software
If you are unable to browse the Web on your computer but can browse on other computers, the computer itself has an issue. In some cases, this can mean that your computer is infected with malicious software.
Download an anti-virus program on another computer and run it on the affected computer to troubleshoot the issue.

User Error If you receive an error in Internet Explorer when you attempt to browse to a single website, but other websites work, check to make sure that you are entering the address of the website correctly.
By default, Internet Explorer searches the Web for a close result if the address you entered is not associated with an actual website. If you have disabled this feature and enter a website address incorrectly, Internet Explorer displays an error message.

Remote Website Issue

If you are unable to browse to a single website and are certain that you have entered the website address correctly, it is likely that the website itself has a problem.
You can wait and attempt to view the website again later, or search for the website on Google or another search engine and click the "Cached" link to view a recent cached copy of the website.

got to run then type CMD enter a dos promt will show on the screen, type IPCONFIG, check your IP address if it istarts with 169 then that is APIPA a windows feature if threats are tryin to get in your system blocking any outside access to you system from any network, also check if the default gateway of your router or modem is detected, if not then try check conenction if all are ok from router to modem and if wireless is turned on thr router providing a signal to your computer for wireless, if all Addressess are ok and still you get page cannot be displayed type in the DOS promt ping this is if this pings yahoo's ip address then your problem is with the DNS of your Internet service provider, try this to renew your DNS ipconfig /flushdns then ipconfig /registerdns to renew ur DNS on the systm if still fails ty a different browser and if all else fails call ur ISP provider posibble something on the internet service is wrong or downtime issue on the internet

Need to login every time on bt home page and seems slow

BT's pages are slow there is nothing you can do about that I am afraid. As for logging in each time...

BT often have problems with their site so this is not too much of a surprise. However, it could be the security level of your browser is set too high for BT's system which prevents theri cookies from being loaded on to you system. There is a trade off here between being safe on the Internet or having the system automatically log you on. I would go for the safety myself.

But in Internet Explorer to reduce your security and thereby allow cookies on to your system which are less than polite - such as BT's - do the following

1) Go to Tools Menu
2) Go to Internet Options
3) Go to Security Tab
4) Reduce the setting one place and see how that goes.

But as said, having worked for BT Broadband Business Technical Support I know the many problems BT have with their systems and site... so do not be surprised if this does not work - it could simply be that they have altered their cookies recently which is causing the problem,

While in Internet Options - clear your cache and cookies that may also solve the problem by forcing the browser to reload the cookies if they have been modified.

If this helped you then please help me and vote.... thank you

Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

There are many possibilities that you are unable to connect to internet.

Can you check your internet explorer is not in offline mode? in IE goto File->Work Offline must not be ticked.

Open command prompt, and type "ping" and press enter, you will see the % rate of dropping whether is connected to internet or not will tell too. Write me what do you see in the command prompt.

Note: It will be good if you can call me over the phone and explain in details to solve your problem quickly.
