I HAVE A PANASONIC PHONE

I HAVE A PANASONIC PHONE (KX-A332CE-B) AND THERE IS NO RING TONE ON INCOMING CALLS. I CAN CALL OUT AND THE LINE IS OK BECAUSE THERE IS A RING TONE ON INCOMING CALLS WHEN I USE ANOTHER PHONE. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

There are several things to ask yourself.
1. Do you have the manual?
2. Is there any software programming which relates to set ring?
3. Is there a manual switch for ring on/ring off?
4. Will another phone ring when plugged into the same jack?
IF NOT, the red and green wire may be reversed at the jack.
5. Lastly, has this cordless handset ever rang?
Most cordless sets have a volume control from off to loud. I hope this will help you solve your problem.
