Hi

You will have the activation number on the disk itself.
When you enter the activation number, make sure that you enter all the digits, otherwise it will not avtivate the product and also you have to be online during the activation.
If this doesnt work, then you have to contact the manufacturer to activate the product.

the suggestion is correct but you can also buy or get the activation code by internet. You can buy your activation key through their website or it maybe free for you because you have your product number
