how do i fix my mp3 zen v plus cuz i shut it of then it goes to rebuilding libary and the it wont connet to my computer how do i fix it ???

-   when i on goes the screen display rebuilding library. I try already hold play/pause button and reset..and its display low battery.
Please give some advice

which os u have installed?
If u installed XP or vista, u can select last known good configuration when startup menu appears, if you are installing win98, u can reinstall it
