K either remove all the songs from your playlist then sync, or completely restore the iPod in iTunes to like factory new. The second option requires you to redo the initial setup.

My ipod touch says its disabled. my old computer crashed. and when i plug it into itunes it says i need to enter my passcode from the ipod touch but i cant do that wat am i supposed to do at this point

The only thing at this point you can do is bring it into an apple store. If there are none nearby you would have to erase everything off of your iPod touch by putting it into recovery mode. This can be done by having your iPod plugged into any computer with itunes and holding the top and home button until screen goes black. Then after 5 seconds release the top button but continue to hold the home button until itunes says it found an ipod in recovery mode. This WILL erase everything off your ipod

I ahve a friends ipod and idk the code he just gave it to me what do i do

You should ask your friend with their passcode is, otherwise you cannot use it without erasing everything that is on there. If your friend doesnt remember it, and gives you the OK to try to unlock it (explain to them it will erase everything) the follow these steps:
Step 1: Plug your iPod into your computer and open up iTunes.

Step 2: After a few moments, scroll down the left side of your screen until you see your iPod. Select it.

Step 3: The right side of your screen should now show the general information about your iPod. Scroll down the right side of your screen until you see a button labeled "Restore"

Step 4: Click OK. Give it a few minutes and your iPod will be restored to factory settings WARNING: ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WAS ON YOUR IPOD WILL BE ERASED. Once the iPod is restored, it will be able to sync with whatever is in your iTunes library.

How to erase and sync on ipod it keeps popping up when plug in ipod and cant add songs

First, please let us know what kind of iPod you have. Is it iPod touch or one of the previous generations? When you plug iPod into your computer, it should start iTunes automatically and iPod should appear in the left side column of the iTunes window. Click once on the iPod icon and it will show everything about your iPod. You can then "Restore" your iPod. Keep in mind it will erase everything on your iPod and restore it to factory settings. You should then be able to copy your music back onto your iPod.

Forgot password for my ipod touch and cant get in

First attach your iPod to the computer through your charging jack.
Then hold down the close and home button for 10-20 seconds and then when your iTunes account sees that you want to restore your iPod then it will erase everything and put it back into its factory condition.
Erasing any passwords!
Hope it helps

Erased and reset all settings and programs, reinstalled everything but applications now open for 1 second and close immediately

Hello, ehopu3. I'd be happy to help! I would just advise you to connect your ipod to your computer and in Itunes there should be the option to completely reset your ipod from all options, setting and issues. I would advise you to run that, even though it will erase everything, it should also resolve these problems you are facing.
