hello you need to change drum rollers but if u remarked water dawn the washer and burn smell it could be the motor OR THE BELT because when the drum stop turning or turn slowly the motor turn fast on the belt when spin time it make this smell .
It sounds like your pressure switch tube fell off. You will need to replace your brake assy on the the washer which requires a special brake tool that has to be ordered. You may want to call a tech because the brake tool is like 80 bucks. The reason this occurs is the brake stops too hard and jerks the tub which pulls the tube loose. Hope this helps _MJ_
There is an exit hose behind your washer, it has to be maintained a particular height (approx 30inches from ground) before it goes into the standpipe in the wall. The gap in the pipe should not be a tight fit. Another thing that could have occurred is that one of the pipes underneath the washer has come loose; you just have to check these things out. But plug off the mains socket first!
This is joyce
You might want to check into the Valve that lets the water flow into the machine or it may be the switch that controls the water flow to the machine, it is either one of the 2. go to maytag.com and dowload your document to your machine type and see if you can get help.
