for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
You should follow this steps. * Main problem is some as changed your service center number. * This is the first thing you need to check when you can not send message from your mobile. * For this you need to call you are customer care. * There tell them that you can not send Messages. * They will ask your mobile number. * Tell them your mobile number. * They will tell you to change the message center number. * For that you need to select menu. * There select message. * Then scroll over to message settings and select it. * Then scroll over to sending profile and select. * There select SMS Center 1. * Then select message center number. * There you should change that center number. * After changing you can send message.
The problem is not from the phone, be sure that the phones network is alright once you can send text messages to other numbers, then the problem is from the certain number you are trying to send it to, probably the persons phones service center number is not properly setted, or the number does not permit to receive text messages. But if you cannot send text message to any number, then it means the problem is from your phone and all you have to do is to set your service center number.
To do that, go to your phones menu, select the messages and go to its settings, then you check for your service center number, if it is correctly entered on the phone. If not, check for your operatives service center number and enter it correctly.
That should do the job for you.
for sending text messages :
1. call to your network operator customer care 2. request the message center number... 3.note it down 4. go to message settings>message center number 5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ... Good luck
Check your message setting, Open the Profile in your message settings and clarify the center number, you can compare with other's who is using the same service operator. The Center number should be same. If you see the center number is not correct, you can edit it and save it. If it's similar, then reset your phone to default settings "Restore Factory" using the code 12345 (if you haven't changed it), and check once again. If this even doesn't solve, then contact the service provider using the customer care number and tell them your problem. Good luck
this problem is due to the text message service center number text message service center number option is available text message settings in this you can see service center number Note down on any paper as it is (+9198xxxxxxxx) then delete the service center number after deleting create or add the new service center number in this you fill the same number which you note down in your copy save it and go back to main screen then restart your phone your can than send/ receive messages
if it not works go to the shop and get the text message service center number and follow the same procedure but the number you fill is you get from the shop. (NOT THAT NUMBER WHICH YOU NOTE DOWN IN YOUR COPY).
it is a message center number maybe you accidentally change it... call your networks customer service or borrow a phone the has thesame network w/ you and go to message, message setting, message center and copy its message center...
