I need help adding music to my sony walkman

it kinda looks like a ipod,its pink it cost $130,it has an option button and if tou hold that button it cuts it off, it has a back button right below it and if you hold that it takes you home,it has a circular button that you can push 4 ways and in tha middle of the button is the play/pause button.can you halp me i had it since febuary 6 and its still empty

these types of mp3 players usually reformat when you attempt to add new files. When it reformats it deletes all information and restores the original stuff. Try using Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to add music
