Download a free Antivir product and check your phone thoroughly: looks like you've got a virus. If that doesn't help (sometimes it doesn't) try to 'Factory reset' and as a very first thing download Antivir which will protect your device
E2210 was released almost 2 years ago. Try a software update first. You may also try the reset option. Type *2767*2878# to get the factory settings. If that doesn't work, you have to let a technician check for hardware defects.
Friend ... this is simple. Call your service provider and have your phone turned off. Make a police report. If you have insurance on the phone ... call em, repoprt the loss to them.
The thief doesn't care about your papers. What the thief cares about is your dawdling around looking for the phone. In the mean time, he or she will charge all kinds of stuff to you then sell the phone to someone else. You might end up owning a small county. So, forget all the paper stuff - call your service provider now.
Take out battery, clean off the battery and gently clean off the terminals. Put battery back in and try to charge again with your charger. If this doesn't help;
Try another charger to the phone such as a car charger if you have one. If the battery still will not charge;
you may need to get another battery. I suggest you go into your local service provider first, have them use one of their spare batteries that fit into your phone model and see if the battery will start charging.
If it doesn't, you need to have your phone itself looked at instead of the battery.
Try these steps before you spend money on replacing parts needlessly.
Let me know how this worked out for you. If my solution helped you, please rate this solution! It doesn't cost anything and only takes a second, but it is greatly appreciated. KittyTech
Try pulling the battery out while your BB 8520 is switched on. Hold the power button for 30 seconds before connecting the battery back. turn on your phone and reconnect it if it asks you to reconnect. If this doesn't work, I suggest bringing it to a qualified technician.
Hope this helps.
