Trensferring Files to PC (by 4 users)

posted by Shelty on Feb 24, 2008

When I transfer or save video files to my PC there is no audio. The video plays just fine, but no audio. When connected to TV, the file plays both video and audio.
I have the same problem.

Just dowload for free Windows Clasic Media Player 6 and you will have great audio and video...it has all codecs

Try VLC-player (www.videolan.org) instead. Rename the files to mpg first.

Hello,

The codec needed to extract audio is not present in your computer. Maybe you need to install all the application program from the CD/DVD enclosed in your Camera. Or you can use other player other than windows media player.

I recommend you to download the player that content multi codecs, the link is here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Media_Player_Classic.htm

may this solve your problem.

best regards, melnavz
