Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer

1 Answer

Printer Problems I just purchased this Canon All-in-one, and I'm trying to print from online and it keep saying load paper and press ok...I have done that several times. What should I do next.

The printer draws the first sheet of paper half way in and stops.  The display requests paper be loaded and to press OK.  When this is done the first sheet is reversed back into the loading area and the whole process begins again.  The same behavior occurs when I print or copy.   Restarting and unplugging have no impact.  I tried roller cleaning and it completed fine, but did not fix the problem.

Canon pixma pro 100 - "support code : 1000 no paper. Load the paper in the rear tray correctly and press the RESUME button on the printer". How do I fix this?

Try again! Remove the paper from the rear tray. Turn off the printer. Load the tray again making sure that it pressed frimly in and not over loaded - say about 30 sheets. Turn printer on again and see if it is ok. If still the same problem, get in touch with supplier or maker.

We have a printer (MX870) that keeps giving us an error stating: there is no paper. There is paper in it but we cannot get it to print...it continues to give us the same error

From the service manual about the paper issue this is what it says:

***Rear tray. There is no paper. Load paper and press [OK].

Confirm that the rear tray is selected as the paper source. Set the paper in the rear tray, and press the OK button.

***Cassette. There is no paper. Load paper and press [OK].

Confirm that the cassette is selected as the paper source. Set the paper in the cassette,
and press the OK button.

Hopefully its just a setting on the printer or the computers printer properties.

Best of luck..

Canon MP470 keeps saying "paper jammed"

I had the same problem for DAYS and there was no paper jammed at all. I went to the cannon site as a last ditch effort & the solution below fixed it. Just clean the rollers and the link tells you how. Good luck!

Canon pixma mp110 saying ''please load paper and press ok''

there is problem in the paper feeder gears of the printer.they r pulling the paper and then not able to forward the paper as they worn out or slightly cracked.so they needs replacement with deep servicing/cleaning from proper technician .it will be ok after that.

I have called canon with this problem more than once and they keep telling me that I am using a "paper" that is not supported. I finally gave up and ended up telling them that I am now going to use my cheap HP printer because it can do what it's suppose to.
