1GB MP4 Digital Player

When i turn on my MP4 i click to go into music but it comes up saying "disk error" Do you know whats wrong with it?

    After one of movie file download from PC , When I play the Movie , Music , Photo , I got the message of Empty Disk .

    But I already stored and enjoyed my collection before that happened .

    I saw another problem on fix ya and the experts said that it's a hardware problem that you have to take it back and stuff. But what do you do if it's of EBAY?

I have a generic ipod 1 gb mp4 and for some reason if i set it down too hard, it shuts off and i cant get it to come back on. why, and how can i fix it. i was told it was something to do with the shock resistence of the hard drive. is this true?

Well it seems that u have to completely reformat your mp4 so that u would be able to use again and if still not working then u have a fatal internal error and i guess u would have to get a new one.

sounds like a corrupt memory chip or if it has a hard drive it has a bad sector maybe formatting it might help

MP4 disk error!!
FORMAT your player in Windows to see if that helps resolve the problem. Either a problem with the memory or a possible memory hack. Take a look here: http://mympx.org/forum/support-how/35010-how-removing-memory-hack.html.

Dear All
My ACTIONS HS MP4 USB Flash Disk has a lean screen. i switched on for the first time and the top edge slant from left to right. checked the Menu Options but no luck. i know you can scare up a normal monitor screen but dont know how to sort this one out.

It keeps saying disk error
you should take out all your files in you keo and keep it in you computer.then you should try to find another copy of it and put it back ( put the new copy) back into your keo!! trust me it happened to me!!!

I can't lisent my music
on mp4 players like that (i assume its an mp4 player) they usually have hidden files on them to make everything run smoothly. Try searching up your type of mp4 player. you can get the style by connecting your mp4 player to your computer then bygoing on My Computer, then right clicking on your mp4 player disk, select properties, go over to the hardware tab, then select your mp4 disk again and click properties agian you should get all the information you need.

to check if you have any hidden folders, open your mp4 disk from my computer, then go to tools (located on top of the page) go down to folder option, and clear the box where it says hide hidden files.

Delstar 1GB MP4 with Music Player, Video Recorder and 1.3MP Camera
the way to download music on this device is complicated.
I only know how to put music on the mp4 player from itunes.

First, you plug in the usb cord to the back of your computer and to the mp4 player.

Next, you go to the start button and hit my computer.

Then, there should be something on the bottom right of the window saying "Removable Disk". hit that and a folder should say music.

If you use itunes then you copy paste songs into the folder.

If not, i'm not exactly sure how to do it. sorry.

It is either toast or the music is not compatible with the mp3 player...

make sure your music file isn't broken and it is either a .mp3 or .wma file.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I BOUGHT THIS MP4 PLAYER SOME MONTHS AGO FOR MY DAUGHTER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE DONE TO THE THING BUT IT SAYS DISK ERROR. I M LOOKING FOR THE DISK THAT CAME WITH IT MAYBE WE HAVE TO RE INSTALL THE SOFT WARE. HOPE IT WORKS OR CALL UP WARRANTY DEPT.
