Good day, you may want to do a manual eject, see the small hole that only a paper clip can fit? use a paper clip and insert it to the hole and it will eject the cd. hopefully next time you eject it it goes back to normal. hope this helps

Try (using an old CD) inserting another CD under the stuck CD...you may need several attempts...the eject should catch...and then release (eject) the stuck CD...Hope this helps...:)
The only way to fix your problem is to have a radio repair shop take it apart. You cannot fix this on your own. Remove the radio or get a quote from a repair shop first. If you cannot find a repair shop , talk to the parts guys at you local ford dealer about sending it out for repair.
