I have a 94 blazer 4.3 fuel injected and it is pumping gas into the oil

no, they are different pressure. it has to come from one with central fuel injection, like maybe 94 and up. also, the sending units even then

I doubt it. If the pump for the van is for the multi-port injected engine it might be the right pressure but the Blazer pump is not designed to be replaced separately. And if the van pump is for the throttle body engine it is only rated at 15 psi.

Leaking fuel pressure regulator , or leaking injector's ,depends on injection system . ! it's only running rich on right bank. whatever that means . Your vehicle is a v - 6 has two banks . right side of the engine an left side of the engine . Bank 1 is where #1 spark plug is . bank 1 is odd numbers 1-3-5 Bank 2 is even firing #'s 2-4-6 . What fuel injection system does it have ?
Your best bet mite be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop.

gas in the oil is never a good thing. ahve you checked your pcv valve to make sure it's not clogged? if the crankcase is not getting ventilization,it will do what you described.suggest that you change your oil and oil filter now. i always recommend a fram oil filter and lucas oil treatment in with the oil change. i do not endorse any product. just what i use myself. i have a 94 ford explorer with over 400.000 miles with no engine issues. so i know what works. no detergent oils,can't say the brands. if your engines running rich in gas,the gas is going somewhere right? the engines not burning it. has it ran hot? do you suspect a blown head gasket?oil in radiator? water in oil? if not these,then replace that pcv valve now. thank you for choosing fixya.com and we look forward to assisting you in the future!

when ordering fuel pump, need to know the vin letter w or z. one is for a carb and the other is for a injection or vortec engine. one puts out 11psi and the other puts out 60psi. is this an in tank fuel pump?

If it is the 4.3 check the oil and smell it,make sure the fuel is not going into the oil.There is a spider fuel injection unit under the intake.

HI. with the pump running , it should be 41-47 psi (284-325 kPa). When the pump stops pressure may vary slightly, then should hold steady.(Multi Port fuel injection assembly)


On a Central Sequential Fuel injection assembly, The pressure should be 60-66 psi (415-455 kPa).

Check the fuel pump relay. Check for power at fuel pump keep in mind that negative is used inside the tank.

egr valve stuck open at idle

The 93-94-95 all have this problem ..the fuel line that come into the back do split and leak ..other problem is with vaccum lines coming off the back of intake and vacuum lines come apart from a 3 way fitting.located fire wall .when these are off will cause gas smell and bad millage .... hopes this helps...
