Problem for Pioneer DEH-9600 CD Player
Pioneer DEH-9600: No power to rear screen
I have a Pioneer DEH-9600MP that i can not get power to the back screen. front screen controls work fine and cd and radio play fine but when i press open and the front face opens there is nothing on the rear screen lit up and i am unable to use any of the controls on that screen. Checked all wiring and reset the unit but still nothing...Any ideas on the problem?

- I have the same problem. I have written Pioneer about this stereo and a previous one I purchased (deh8500mp) which had problems also. Pioneer has failed to write back with any comments about these problems. If this is a manufacturing flaw, then they need to fix their products instead of making us pay 100 dollars to a repair shop.- rdnck83Feb 02, 2009

sounds like you have some burnt up components inside. Or maybe your wiring just came loose.
