How do I get music to play on my Philips vibe mp3

Turn the Vibe on and then connect it to your desktop/laptop computer using the USB cable. It will be recognized by the computer as a removable drive. Transfer (copy/paste) mp3 music files from your computer to the Vibe. Disconnect the Vibe from the computer (the proper way to do it is to highlight it in your Windows Explorer, right click on it with your mouse and from the menu that pops up select 'Eject' or 'Disconnect'. After that, you can physically remove the Vibe from your computer). Using the controls on the Vibe, select any of the mp3 files you just transferred and play it. You can go through the same process with photos and videos.

I would like to transfer tunes from my IPOD to a sd card

Buy an SD card reader. Insert the SD card into the reader and plug the reader into a USB port on your computer. Plug the iPod into another USB port on your computer. Use iTunes or Windows Explorer to transfer the songs you want from the iPod to the SD card. When done, disconnect/eject the card reader from the computer, take the SD card out of the reader and take it to your car.

I hadnt used my machine in a while. I went to transfer from a VHS to DVD Loaded both - no problem After finishing the transfer the I couldnt get the DVD to eject Help please

Did you follow directions on how to transfer VHS to DVD ? When the dvd is finished copying it MUST!! finalize the copy. If you attempt to eject DVD while in FINALIZING it gets stuck. Try and unplug the power for about 1/2 hour. plug in and eject. p.s. read the manual....the machine is complicated!!

How do i send song from the computer to the phone.

he Motorola razr v3i supports two kinds of music file formats: MP3 formats with bitrates of 192 Kbps and AAC formats with bitrates of 128 Kbps. Songs with lower bitrates are converted into appropriate bit rate songs before playing on the phone.

  1. The iTunes application should be open on the computer
  2. The phone should be connected to the computer using the USB cable such that the phone icon pops up in the iTunes application in the computer
  3. Select PREFERENCES from the EDIT menu in the application
  4. IN the PREFERENCE window, choose the PHONE option
  5. Before transferring the songs, choose the option which allows for conversion of all higher bitrate songs into bitrates of 192 Kbps
  6. Finally click OK to convert all songs into compatible formats ready for transfer
  7. Now the songs are ready to be transferred from the desktop to the mobile phone
  8. The songs can be transferred on to an external storage device like a memory card
  9. First the card should be installed on the phone
  10. Now the card should be set as the default USB connection on the phone. This can be done by going into the DEFAULT CONNECTION menu of USB settings in the CONNECTIONS menu
  11. The phone should be connected to the computer using the USB cable and the iTunes application should be open on the computer
  12. The application will show the phone icon on the left side of the screen
  13. Now drag and drop an entire playlist or specific songs from the playlist onto the phone. The average transfer time for a song is 45 seconds
  14. After all song transfers are done, the phone can be ejected by selecting the EJECT icon in the application
  15. The phone should be ejected only after the DO NOT DISCONNECT message disappears from the screen of the phone
  16. Now the songs appear in the iTunes digital jukebox on the phone where songs are stored under SONGS menu and playlists under the PLAYLIST menu
  17. Please note that the Bluetooth connection cannot be used to transfer music between the phone and the computer

How do i sync ipod with computer or laptop as i have now been trying for 3 hours with no success

Hi,

How to Sync an Ipod to Your Computer

Things You'll Need:

* IPod
* IPod USB that came with iPod
* Computer
* ITunes
* Mouse

So, you've bought an iPod and are super excited about putting your music on it so you can listen on the go, but you don't know how to start. First you have to figure out how to get your songs to your iPod, then you can listen to your heart's content.

This How To will tell you how you can get moving to the beats sooner than later.

Be sure your iPod is not on "hold". Move the bar at the top of the iPod from hold (at right) to manage or release (at left)

Press the center button on your iPod to turn the iPod on

Connect the flatter, wider connecting piece to the opening on the bottom of your iPod (This may have a minus sign on it)

Connect the USB side of the cord (this piece has what looks like a cactus on it) to the USB port in your computer

ITunes will automatically open. Click on the image of your iPod (at left). This will open your settings for whenever you connect your iPod to the computer.

Initially, it may be easiest to let it automatically update your iPod. A screen will come up to ask you if you would like to automatically sync your iPod. Click "YES".

ITunes will do the rest. The top window will show the progress of the data transfer.
DO NOT disconnect your iPod.

Once the window says "Update Complete", eject your iPod to safely remove it from the computer by dragging the image or icon of the ipod on your computer to the trash (which will change into an eject symbol), or clicking on the eject symbol next to the iPod icon (at left).

Disconnect the cord from the computer and iPod

Listen to your music

Tips & Warnings

These instructions are most useful if you have already installed iTunes and charged you iPod prior to connecting it to your computer.

Do not disconnect your iPod until it says "iPod Update Complete" at the top of the iTunes screen.

Also

I faced the same problem. In fact, you can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos/playlists etc from ipod to my new computer directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.
Free download it at: dvd-video-soft.com/ipodconver...

It even has step-by-step guide on the whole process.

Do Not Disconnect message will not disappear

There are several things you can try: 1. First and most simple way of solving this common problem is pressing the menu and center button for about 6 seconds. 2. If iTunes is open, close it and see if the message disappears. If it's closed, try to re-open it and click the "eject" icon on the lower right of the screen. 3. Go to My Computer, right click on the iPod icon and select "Eject". If the message still appears, open your Task Manager by clicking Ctrl+Alt+Delete (at the same time) and under the "Processes" tab close and program that looks like it's related to your iPod. 4. If nothing else worked and you've tried all of the above ? just disconnect your iPod. Make sure you've closed all the programs related to it through the Task Manager, as explained above. This has to fix it. Good luck!
