First, try going to MY COMPUTER(start menu) then double click your CD DRIVE(or DVD drive if this applys to you) if it starts an installer, then your set! if it shows contents, open a file like SETUP or INSTALL if it gives you an error, take out the disk, and go to this site: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/435/206&cl=us,en
Download the software, and install it(This is the same as the CD, only probably updated)

hi dee, its simple when you buy your gear head WC330I cam they have give one Installation CD its called web cam Drive, just put the CD in your CD ROM and double click that EXE setup file and in few min your cam is ready to work.
IF you don't have you Web cam drive no issue you this link copy and paste to your browser
In this page you have to choose what operating system, you'll find this option at the lower part of this page, Software and Drivers Download the driver and install the program and then try to run again the Phillips Webcam
I've found the drivers http://www.nodevice.com/driver/DMVC300K_20/get41421.html putting that verifiy code in was a **** but none the less if you need the drivers there here if not then your sol until I happen to be in the middle of making another infer-red camera outta one of these things
