Hello!

You can manually delete that. go to program file and then delete all files about the cam. after deleting boot your computer in safe mode by pressing "F8" at first start.

and then go to start point to run and type "regedit" then ok.
windows pop out. in edit menu click find and search all files about your cam. and delete all files detected just by simply pressing delete, do that until nomore files are detected about the cam files installation.
