Find a Ace Hardware with a good selection of small parts drawers and you will find a spring assortment.

I have inherited a Bausch and Lomb 780200 telescope with no instructions as to how to set it up. I have it working but do not have the equatorial mount properly adjusted.

Is this your telescope?

If it is you can use a similar manual from TASCO-- look on this page for a reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount.

http://www.tasco.com/pages/instruction-manuals/

They all assemble and are used in a similar fashion.

I need the manual . I've never had a telescope before and now own a used Tasco Galaxsee 45114375. Need to know all about the telescope.

All of Tasco's manuals are on this web site:

http://www.tasco.com/pages/instruction-manuals/

If this is on an EQ mount you will also need to learn how to polar align the mount. There are several videos on our Astronomy club's video web site that will help you. Look around for the Equatorial mount videos here:

This telescope was passed down to me without a manual so I have not a clue as to how to work it. Is there one available on line that I could print off? ( Mine is the F 500 D 114 mm

This is a REFLECTOR style telescope probably on an equatorial mount. They all assemble in a similar fashion.

Go to Meade brand telescope's web site and look under the 4.5 inch REFLECTOR heading for a manual that is similar to your scope. You can download it for free.

I bought a used Tasco Galaxsee 45-060525 for my next door neighbor's young boys who are home-schooled to study astronomy. The lens are all foggy/cloudy. Any suggestions?

Wish you DID NOT buy this scope. Tasco, Bushnell, are both what we call "department store" telescopes.

Also the mount is called an equatorial mount. It must be polar aligned in order to use it. Read my TIP on polar alignment on my profile page.

The eyepieces can be cleaned with any eyeglass cleaning kit or photographic lens cleaning kit from a camera store. Be gentle when cleaning.

Next time buy them a scope like this one called a Dobsonian mounted reflector.

I don't know how to use the telescope. It didn't come with directions on how to use it or put a few pieces together.

Since all reflectors and German equatorial mounts work about the same anyone familiar with telescopes can show you how to use it. No manual needed. Just contact a local club for the help you need. There's a strong bias against Tasco since so much of their stuff is junk, or "toy" telescopes.

http://www.astronomyclubs.com/
http://www.skyandtelescope.com/community/organizations

and look at this web site under the header 4.5 inch REFLECTOR for a manual similar to your telescope. They all go together the same way.

maybe this one is similar to your scope. ?

Need manual for 49-060700

Here is the manual:

http://www.tasco.com/products/manuals/46060675_TML-722.pdf

It will not help you learn how to use the telescope. It's only assembly instructions. Locate a local Astronomy club and attend their meetings and star parties.

Read my tips on my profile page including the one about EQ - equatorial telescope mounts. You need to polar align this scope before it can be used.

Google "Polar Alignment"

My little boy was just given one of these tasco galaxsee 46114375 telescopes, and we don't know squat about it. Can anyone get us started on how to use it, etc...?

If it is like the one in the picture on your question this is a small reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount. The mount must be polar aligned on Polaris the North star in order to use it properly. That's why we NEVER recommend an equatorial mount as a first telescope or as a gift for a child.

You can read my TIP about equatorial mounts on my profile page to learn how to align the mount. However I would recommend that you RETURN the telescope if you can and buy him one just like this one.

http://www.telescope.com/control/product/~category_id=classicdobs/~pcategory=dobsonians/~product_id=09804

It is small and light and can easily be carried outside. in two pieces the tube, and the base. Try to attend a star party by a local Astronomy club and the members will help you with either of these telescopes.

I need a users manual for tasco galaxsee 46-060675

Do you need a users manual to ASSEMBLE the scope? Or are you looking for how to USE the scope.

This is a very small 60mm refractor on an equatorial mount. Not much bigger than a pair of 10x50mm binoculars. The binoculars would have been better for sky observing! The euitorial mount must be polar aligned with the star Polaris before it will work properly. We never recommend equitorial mounts to beginners for this reason.

Please read my TIPS in my profile page to learn how to polar align the scope, and what you can do to improve the scope.

If you need a manual for assembly you will not find one for Tasco BUT Meade has a similar scope. They all assemble in the same way. Here is the Meade Manual:

Can u please tell me how much the TASCO GALAXSEE

This is a very small refractor on a shaky equatorial mount. Do NOT buy this telescope. It's what we call a "department" store scope. You can find 50 of them for sale used on Craigslist, where they are sold after the owner finds out they are a toy telescope.

PLUS the EQ mount must be polar aligned in order to work.

Look at a Dobsonian telescope like this one-
