Go to your camera brand website and look for a firmware to download for your camera model. Choose the latest Usually you will have to download it, then uncompress it and put it on your memory card. An serie of manipulation on your camera will be described to update the new firmware.
If this didn't change the problem you have, contact your retailer or the camera brand directly.
Hi, Make sure that the camera is set to record to the memory card... often the internal memory will only handle a couple of pictures... If it still shows memory full then a ribbon cable has come loose inside the camers and it is not recognizing the memory or cards...
just first check that there is nothing else in the card slot. Tiny things can accidentally find there way in. Using a vacuum cleaner try to clean anything out.
If this does not work ask again and give the brand and model number of the camers.
camera's onboard memory is only 8MB, maybe 1 or 2 high resolution photo. delete the photo on the camera to clear error message and use only no more than 2 gig of sd card. It does not work with higher than 2 gig which is SDHC type sd card.
Hello, one thing you might want to try is to format the memory card. To do this: -Insert the card into your computer in the correct slot -Wait until the computer displays found new hardware/device is ready to use -Open my computer and look for the card(usually given a drive letter of H,I,J...) On most machines, it will be under a category heading of devices with removable storage -Right click and select format -Normally the default settings will work fine -Select ok/format/continue
You may have a defective memory card. Have you tried it in a different device? Do you have a card reader on your printer or computer? If so, try inserting the card and see if your computer can read the card, and write files to the card.
