The washer has a loud whine to it when its plugged in and will start a cycle and a few moments later will spit out the f11 code. No clothes are in it, and it was just moved into a new house, i've unplugged it for 20 minutes and still hasn't cleared the codes.
F11 is a communication error, assuming it was used in one home and now moved to another. i would remove top of unit and check wiring(especially leading to latch assy. that tub was probably banging around quite abit on the move(assuming shipping brackets werent put back in.) def chack all wiring first
