You would have to get a conversion kit, which usually
is new orfices and a spring that goes into the gas valve. The kit would probably be cheaper than buying a gas valve and the orfices seperately

I have a model VBWH30LT Vanguard Blue Flame Wall Heater. Can I change it from LPG to natural gas?

Most gas appliances are designed to operate from methane, butane or propane, though suitable alterations have to be made, line pressure, gas jet size, air mixer and so forth as directed by the manufacturer.

Methane or natural gas has a lower calorific value and needs a higher volume of gas to function efficiently...

Hello, my name is Jerry I have a vanguard wall heater that is propane but want to use it as a natural gas

Somewhere is an "orifice" that will fix the problem.
This part, if it is accessible, should be near the end of the pipe where the gas is attached to the heater.
Orifices have tiny holes of different sizes depending on the type of gas and pressure used.
Even if you find the orifice and managed to remove it, finding a different one for a different gas may not be easy, or impossible.
Be blessed.

Can I convert a vanguard vp1600tc from propane to natural gas?

I believe yes but you do require a gas fitter to do so. the change requires to change the orifice simple and cheap but the gas fitter may be greedy. Check with your utility company they may even come out and change it for you.

I have a vanguard vn1800e natural gas would like to convert it to propane is this possible

Sorry, but no vent-free gas heating appliances can be converted from one gas type to another. There are no conversion kits available for any vent-free gas heating appliances.

Wish I had better news for you.

Pilot light too big, how do we adjust pilot light on a Vanguard KV1800?

There is no adjustment for a Pilot Flame's Length on a Vent-free Gas Appliance. However, if you're using Natural Gas and it's a Natural Gas Heater, the normal length of the pilot flame is 2 to 2 1/2".
If it's a Propane Gas Heater and the pilot flame is as long as previously stated, you probably have a pressure problem from your tank. Contact your Propane provider to have them check the pressure on their tank regulator.

Change from natural gas to propane

You could do it but it would be very expensive. You would need to change the ODS pilot and the gas valve itself. I am not sure even then it would work correctly. These are not conversion ready.
