Printer works fine and the we get error with com1 and the printer flashes the error led and will not do anything. Cycling power sometimes fixes the problem, but moving the printer as if there is a loose connection inside, also seems to fix the problem temporarily.

Are there any Service Manuals to describe how the printer is opened up, to check for loose connections, or known problems regarding this issue

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
