Question about Motorola Mobility MOTORAZR2 V9 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Remove demos I can't seem to remove the unwanted demo games/apps from my phone. I have went into the Games/Apps file, then clicked options, but there is no delete option there, where AT&T says it should be. The only thing that I can find is the Delete All Apps option in Java Settings, and I'm afraid to do that.

How do we get rid of apps that appear at the bottom of the screen they keep appearing and it's annoying

Make sure you are removing the from your apps, as removing them from the home screen will just remove the shortcut.

Either click on the apps button and long press of them and drag the app to the top of the screen to delete, or go to "app manager" under settings and remove apps from their through the "uninstall" button.

If you have apps being downloaded that you never seen before, I would suggest downloading "Lookout" if you have an android phone. This is a free anti-virus/adware app that will help you remove any viruses or bad apps.

Good Windows Mobile applications worth either cheap or free

I own a Windows Mobile phone and have searched the web looking for good Windows Mobile apps that are either cheap or free. After looking through a lot of content of have found that there is a lot of good cheap and free apps and games that are easy to overlook. I decided to make a list to help all us Windows Mobile users show off what our phones can do.

Enjoy and check back often as I will update frequently to keep a fresh list of apps.

Must have apps:

Windows Mobile Marketplace
- This App lets you try/buy Windows Mobile apps with ease. They are always adding content and updating it. You can browse apps, read and write reviews as well as check what requirments you need. If you find something does not work right, they will refund it.

Games:

Team fortress 2 Stats app- This App works with steam to give you your up to date Team Fortress 2 stats or let you show off your stats to anyone at anytime. A must have if you own Team Fortress 2

Fun Apps:
Chuck Norris App-This app gives you Chuck Norris facts(they are crazy facts about things Chuck Norris can/will do say etc)

Guitar Hero- the demo is free off marketplace and the full version will set you back $6.99 but it is well worth it. They have a great song playlist that features licensed songs from various bands.

How to get rid of unwanted apps step by step

Hi some apps are factory installed and can't be uninstalled. If it's an android click on the "apps" icon on your screen... Then click on google "play store"... The top left side you'll see 3 horizontal lines click it and a window slides across....click "my apps & games" then click the app you want to uninstall... If it's not a factory installed app you'll see a button left side "UNINSTALL"... Click that and you're done...I hope this helped..

I m having samsung star nxt s5233s.my phone is not supporting the java games and applications which i downloaded from my computer.please tell me how to install games nd apps. in my phone please

The games and apps you've downloaded might not be supportive to your phone.Try to download games and apps which your phone support.Download by checking the file's specifications such as formats (.jar, .apk etc),touch screen supportive or not, screen resolution (Your phone's resolution is 240x400) etc.You will be able to find supporting games and apps in mobile websites like mobile9.com,umnet.com,mobiles24.com etc where you will have the option to set your phone, so that the given files will be suitable to your phone.
Good Luck !!

midlet files are supported by your phone, thousands of free apps for this phone can be download from www.getjar.com on the right hand side of the website it has a search box, start typing in your phone model i.e sgh-u600 and it will come up in a box below click the picture of you phone, it will then reload the site and show you all the games and apps available for you phone, and 90% of the are completly free the other 10% are usually demos and the best was to install the is by visiting m.getjar.com on your mobile where it will automatically recognise your phone and show you available apps that you can directly download to the phone
