If you're using Windows XP, you shouldn't need one as XP has drivers for most type of hardware.

Also, if the speakers are integrated in your monitor, the required software should be with the monitor driver.

Is there a driver for the AOpen F90GS monitor? I can't seem find one and other questions are misleading.

On a windows XP based system, if you swap the cab;es and don't reboot the system it will not recognize the changes. Try changing the cables one at a time and reboot in between it may then recognize the changes and start working.

Is there a driver for an AOpen F70CS monitor that will give it better resolution?

It depends on the video-adapter inside your computer, not on the AOpen monitor.

You need a video-adapter that outputs the "native" resolution of the monitor (1280x1024@60Hz), and a device-driver that supports that resolution.

Audio problems

To use the integrated speakers on this monitor you will need the audio cable. Most monitors with built in speakers has a single cable with a green jack on both ends. It would plug into the audio jack on the back of your monitor and connect the monitor to your soundcard jack on the back of your pc. Cable should be able to be purchased at any electronics/computer store. Hope this helps.
