I have an 89 dodge d 50 pick up and there is a loud ticking in the engine my buddy says its a possible that its a valve tapping does anyone know where I can find a diagram of the valves so I can figure out...

You say D50 do you mean D150 if it is a V8 one lifter is making noise. Lifters are pumped up with oil so they act like a solid piece of metal if there is a little ware in the drive train the lifter can compensate. The lifter has a little dirt in it so it will not fill with oil.Change your oil and filter with good oil and add something to clean the lifter like sea foam.If it keeps making noise find out what side and which end of the valve cover. Remove valve cover have someone start the engine touch the top or the rocker arms by the push rods and you will feel the loose one. Unbolt rocker arm assembly pull out push rod run a magnet down the hole and pull the lifter out. If it won't come out because you didn't change the oil enough and there is a ridge around the bottom buy a tool or rent that goes down the hole and spreads to lock into the lifter slide the hammer bar up the tool it should come out. If you were really really bad at changing the oil the lifter could be mushroomed out on the bottom or the cam wore a hole in the lifter then you have to remove the intake manifold to get it out. Take the new lifter put it into a can of oil and push down on the top a few times to fill it with oil then drop it in and put back together

The dishwasher still cleans OK but we suddently hear a loud sound. I decided to disassemble the thing so I took every plastics off, unscrewed every screws I found, until I found large wooden tooth picks...

Hello, welcome to FixYa.

I understand by reading your post (which indicates it is a Kenmore dishwasher) you appear to have a noise concern, however if you could verify the machine is indeed a kenmore and possibly provide the entire model number I would be much better equipped to help without generalizing.

Initialy based on your post, it could be more debris further down in the impeller or chopper, but it really depends on the style of the machine, model number is located around the door opening ...

Good luck, I find this link to be quiet helpful on the majority of Whirlpool/Kenmore/Kitchenaid style dishwashwers.

How to adjust the analogue time in aw-80 2747

The pdf file download from Casio has very good instructions. You have bypass all the other modes that the watch has, and there are many, get down to the setting analog instructions. Once there, if you follow them closely you will be able to set the analog time. I just did it for the first time since I bought it, and that nearly ten years ago. It kind of hurts your fingertips as you have to press them while the hands spin around. I didn\'t get it exactly at the right time.... I failed to release the buttons and then press another before the hands sped past the correct time by about 12 minutes. It might also run the battery out, but I\'m not sure. Try it, its a pain, but it isn\'t really too difficult.

Try rebooting the Zune by pressing back button and up button at the same time for 10 seconds and see if it reboots. Hopefully something didn't fry when you got shocked.

Rear wheel nois

How old are the bearings, milage- and age-wise? It probably won't hurt to replace 'em, anyways. There are only a few things at the rear wheel that would cause a scraping sound: wheel bearings, final drive parts rubbing on the rim or swingarm or the braking hardware. Give each of those a very good checking.

Hi screedipto,

Thank you for your response and assure you that no harm done nor any ill feelings. Pls charge it to regional differences and perhaps my command of the english language would still be wanting.

Nonetheless, am still hoping that we can figure out your concern.

Cheers.

Do I Have the Correct Battery?? What do the mAh numbers REALLY mean?

Yes, your playtime will be reduced using the 750mAh. It won't hurt to get a larger mAh rating as long as the voltage is the same. Of couse it needs to fit.
