I bought used and downloaded & printed manual and read it. It does not spin; get an F3, a fault in pumping out; pulled red plasic ring & drained it. still get an F3 when I hit 11 for spin; at end of cycle now I get an F6, motor fault. On fixed income & can't afford repairman so I need to do myself. HELP and thanks.

- The plug to the wall is clean - and the back of the washer also. I turned off the w/machine and it was clear until I tried again. Is there another way to clear the codes? There is some standing water in it. Thanks.Clarification Request

have you cleaned out the clean out plug?? and cleared the codes??
