Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I think that is a Duplex error message. The duplex unit is not getting the correct power.
One thing you can try, is to slide the (ADU) duplex unit out and don't push it all the way in. Leave it out about an inch. Then turn the machine on and off. If the machine starts to warm up, but tells you to slide the duplex unit in, then you isolated the problem. Let me know if this works, and we can go from there.
