After Rebooting Mobile.
3. Type *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# then power OFF phone &
Restart again
4. Type #7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone) then
power OFF phone & restart again
sir its the same problem which i had with my phone. there is no problem with your phones software but with hardware.
Your phones HEAP(RAM) has became very weak to take load of your phone.
I will advice you to go to a nearby motorola shop. If its under warranty it

hey i was having the same problem, seemed to occur when cingular switched over to att, i resolved this problem by deleting all messages. when you are in the message menu select options then cleanup mesages and select all messages. hope this works for you as it did me. good luck!!
