Try to press the menu and go to auto channel,,if done and still not working,, your tv need some retouch of leads by the technician in the tuner area. if it still not working, you have to replace the tuner with same code number.

SOURCE: digital labs 19 inch tv/dvd combo

Wish I knew the answer ... I have the same problem after switching to Dish Network (Satellite). It worked fine with Time Warner Cable. I'm suspecting the signal over Dish is analog (NTSC) which is not supported by this particular TV. I wish I still had the box and receipt!

first use the remote to enter the menu and look for channel setup--you should be able to add or delete single channels that way.

If you have the factory remote, you need to press the input button and change it to Tv.Maybe need to autoscan channels too.If it's a universal remote, there should be a menu button on one of the sides of the TV.Good luck! Greg

Phillips 19 inch TV/VCR combo --no remote--can't change channels

Hi,
I cannot be sure of the exact model but... Press and hold the TV's volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously. On many older televisions, this opens the device menu without the use of a remote. Otherwise, use the menu button, which you can navigate in a similar fashion.
Also, somewhere should be an input button. Press it multiple times times to switch between various inputs (the input must match whatever input you are using). Usually after these menus are opened you can use vol up vol down to change things.

you'll need to bring up the menu, under "channels" or "set-up" you will find something called autotune (or manual channel set-up). it will automatically set the channels you pick up.

I have the 13 inch and...

If you get channels 2 to 13 nice and clear but the rest are snowy, it means that the TV is set to the broadcast channels, which means that for the channels above 13 it is tuning in the old-fashioned UHF channels. If the TV is set to the cable mode then it tunes in cable channels above 13. To do this, enter the menu and navigate to the tuner settings, set the tuner to standard cable and then do the autoprogram, and the tuner's memory will be set for your cable system.
