Question about Packard Bell Easy One Silver 2101 Notebook
I went to burn a film to a dvd and it prompt me that my DVD RW was not installed/ digitly signed. HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H40N ATA Device. When i went on the device manager there was a explention mark next to the device name
You will need to reinstall the drivers it sounds like, though usually DVD drives don't need them. When you double click the exclamation point, what error message does it indicate?
Also, with regard to signed drivers, typically unsigned drivers will work just fine and you should click Continue Anyway. Microsoft signs driver files if the company creating them is willing to pay a whole bunch of money to Microsoft to test out their driver and not everyone can afford that or even cares to.
