Usually with screen freezes you would want to take back off of phone and take battery out then keep out for 2-3 minutes and then put battery back in and power on phone. If your phone keeps freezing you might want to check the memory on your phone to see how much available memory you have left to see if you have used too much memory. If your phone memory is practically full then you might want to delete some pictures or apps off the phone so the phone will work properly and not freeze. Phones are more like computers today and they need memory to operate. If these too are not working. Then I would do a full factory data reset. If your not able to go to your settings due to freezing here are instructions on how to do it while the phone is off. https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/60620/p/30,6720,7898/session/L3RpbWUvMTM2MjE4MzQ5NS9zaWQvd2hRaTY2a2w%3D
I think you have installed so many apps in your mobile and you need to remove all useless apps to free up the RAM of your mobile. Keep clean to your mobile with security software and uninstall all useless app and games. Games are takes so many memory and don't open too many apps in a once time.
pull the battery out and put in freezer over night than put back in phone as the phone is in lock out mode and battery might be bad but if you freeze it it will come back to life for a bit
At least the following works on my first generation Flip Ultra camcorder (not Mino). Remove battery, put it back next morning. After that be careful not to touch "on" slider switch on the side of the camcorder while Flip logo is still on the screen. I mean turn the device on by using the slider switch and do not touch that switch again until Flip logo on the screen is gone. Doing the opposite (trying to use the "on" switch again while device is still "booting" and Flip logo is on the screen) will lead to the Flip Ultra freeze.
Look for a hole that a pen tip would fit in.Either on the dial ing face or in the battery compartment. That will reset the phone that might fix it but first take the battery out for 2 to 3 min. that will also alot of times fix the problem.
