Question about Canon i860 InkJet Photo Printer
I just purchased a new printhead for my i860 printer since the yellow (6Y) would no longer print. After installing the new printhead, nothing but the 3eBK ink will print. If I re-install the old printhead, everything prints but the 6Y ink.
Any suggestions for how to get the new print head to print the 6C, 6Y, 6M, and 6BK (or for how to get the old printhead to print the missing 6Y - I tried cleaning the old printhead with alchohol, but that did not unclog it).
If you're concerned with a clogged printhead try to clean it with acetone solution. Also, check the cable connections to your printerheads they might be loosened..
