This is the Famous 3 strikes and out for RCA's--it tries to come on 3 times and if fails shutdown occurs.

The high pitched sound may be a short or could be something arcing--if the sound comes from near the very front of set--could be the HV splitter this set has arcing.

Flyback or the HV wires are arcing, and will need replacement Flyback is most likliest of the two But will require inspection to determine which is arcing.

What is the buzzing noise coming from the back of the tv when turned on one for minute or two then stops, and over and overf

Does the sound seem to be coming from the right rear of the set? It could be the inverter board is arcing when trying to turn on the backlights, likely a bad solder connection on one of the transformers (a very common problem) This would sound like a buzzing, or a arcing sound. If it is coming from the speakers it could be a power supply problem.

My RCA projection tv makes a loud buzzing, humming noise. Does as soon as turned on even before picture comes on, does not stop till tv is turned off.

buzzing noise is cause by small electrical arc inside the unit or a problem in your audio circuit.if you can open the unit up and check if its an electrical arc.
