Generic problem for all Printers
My line/ink-jet printer

My line/ink-jet printer HP deskjet 6540 works only with the mode economy of ink...only the trichromatic cartrigue is available....What is the problem and how to resolve the problem? My computer is XP professional... The NO: of my HP is C8963A...
