962 hookup without disk

I have a samsung notebook without a place to insert a disc and need to print files from my e-mail using a dell aio 962 printer how do I do this without using the software disc that came with the printer

Dell does not have a downloadable version for Mac. I looked around for you in their support section and there is no MAC suppost for any of their printers. You might have to get another printer. You could try and call Dell at 800-285-1653 .Good luck

Well unless you are wanting the All-in-One solution cetner that comes on the CD,you can download the driver from the Dell website and I have includedthe link, but for some reason it does not take in this note, please goDell's website and look under support & drivers and the then put inthe model information and the driver will be there.

Here is the link for the patch that will solve the problem for your Dell 962 Photo All-In-One Injet Printer.

It is at Dell website: go here

re-install the software that came with the printer.  that should solve the problem

You can go to the Web site that has the latest driver for your printer. You just go to goggle.com and type in the make and model of your printer and then a space, and then drivers.

Example: HP deskjet 5650 +drivers
You'll see some links, take the ones that go to HP. When you do, look for 'Support and Drivers".

Or you can tall me the make and model and I can show the link to the right driver in my next reply.
